Q. I haven't got my User ID & Password yet.
If you’ve completed the Moneysukh account opening process but haven’t received your login credentials, here’s what you can do:
First, Check These Things:
1. Check Your Email & SMS (Including Spam/Junk Folder)
- Moneysukh typically sends your user ID and password via:
- Email (from: support@moneysukh.com or info@moneysukh.com)
- SMS to your registered mobile number
2. Account May Still Be in Process
- If your account was opened recently (within 24–48 hours), it may still be under review or KYC processing.
If You Still Haven’t Received It:
Contact Customer Support
Provide your full name, registered mobile number, and, if possible, PAN number.
