If your payout status says “Successful” in the Moneysukh app but there is no money in your bank, here’s what to do:

Wait 2–4 Working Hours
Sometimes banks take several hours to post the amount even though the status shows “Successful”, especially if there was a heavy load on the system or if it is outside the peak banking hours.
Confirm the Bank Details
Make sure the funds were sent to your correct linked bank account.
Check with Your Bank
- Ask your bank if an incoming NEFT/RTGS transaction from Moneysukh is in a delay or under process.
Contact Moneysukh Support
If it has been over 24 business hours, raise a support ticket or call their customer care.
